The Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale is an event that will take place for five days. Watch as the racing elite grabs a chance to buy their next champion.
Those who want to bid on a horse must first complete a Buyer Registration form before the Sale commences. A bid card will then be issued to the buyer on Sale Day.
Prospective buyers who want to charge their purchases via a recognised Bloodstock Agent / Station Agent must send an Appointment of Agent form before the Sale. Not doing so will require that the Lot be paid in full before the delivery is to be given.
After the final bid on a Lot is made, you will need to complete as well as sign an Acknowledgment of Purchase Form. This is where a bidder at the auction buys in behalf of another party.
Unless the Auctioneer approves the arrangement of the agency before the Sale, the highest bidder is still personally liable for the full purchase price as well as any liquidated damages acquired during the Conditions of Sale.
