Deposit Policy:

At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged the below booking deposit:
Low & Mid Season: $250.00 deposit and then the final balance required 1 week prior to arrival
High Season: $550.00 deposit and then the final balance required 1 month prior to arrival.

Conditions of Booking:

Please check your receipt and confirmation and contact our office immediately should there be any discrepancy.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY AS ANY DEPARTURE FROM SAME PERMITS THE OWNER OR AGENT TO REFUSE KEY, AMEND TARIFF OF PREMISES OR IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE BOOKING.

1. The balance of the tariff MUST be paid by cash or credit card 1 week before occupancy unless special prior arrangements have been made. High Season (Christmas/New Year) bookings must be paid fully 1 month before occupancy.

2.The occupancy commences and expires as per the conditions shown on the front of the receipt and confirmation.

3. The guests will be responsible for damage to the premises or loss of or damage to any items in the premises, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing furniture, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and fittings, and the tenant will, within 7 days of a demand by the agent, pay to the agent at the address shown on the face of this receipt and confirmation, the cost of replacement or repair (at the discretion of the agent) of any such items damaged or lost. The guest shall be responsible for all phone charges incurred during their stay, and pay in full prior to departure.

4. The guests shall not park cars on the premises, except in specific areas allowed for that purpose. Carpark maximum clearance is 2.00 metres.

5. At no time during the occupancy by the guests shall more than the number of persons shown on this receipt and confirmation reside overnight at the premises.

6. The guests SHALL NOT bring animals or pets onto the premises.

7. With telephone, internet or postal bookings, the description of the premises by the agent is made in good faith, but no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted.

8. Where applicable, Body Corporate Rules & Regulations must be complied with.

9. The deposit is accepted on the basis that the tariff quoted may be increased, or the booking may be cancelled, provided at least three months’ notice of such increase or cancellation is given to the person holding the booking prior to the arrival date. Upon receipt of written notice within 14 days that the increased rent is not acceptable, a full refund of the deposit may be made.

10. In the event of the guest, for any reason whatsoever, desiring to cancel the booking, no refund of the deposit shall be made if the booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival date. All other bookings will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee. “NO SHOW” will be charged in full.

11. If after arrival, guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management.

12. No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal property left on the premises or in the car park.

13. Please do not smoke in the apartments.

14. A charge of $95 will be made for each set of keys/fobs not returned at check out.

15. A valid credit card must be produced upon arrival to cover incidentals. If no credit card then a $300 cash bond is required.
