Q: What times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 2 pm to 4 pm. After-hours check-in is available upon request.
If arriving out of office hours, please contact reception for late arrival details.

Check-out time is 10 am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-outs are available but are subject to availability. Some fees may apply. Please get in touch with reception.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes, we securely take credit card details at check-in to be held on file in case any issues arise during your stay. Alternatively, a $300 cash bond can be provided.
Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes, we offer Free Unlimited WiFi at Bayview Beach.
Q: What facilities do you have?

Q: Do you have a lift?
Yes, we have a lift available for guest use, and you will find trolleys available in the car park for your convenience.
Q: Is after-hours check-in available?
Yes. Please confirm with reception 24 hours before arrival to make arrangements.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Yes, free secure undercover parking for one car for guests at our Broadwater apartments is available. There is a height limit of 2.00 metres. Free on-street parking is available on Clark or Brighton streets.
Q: How often are the apartments serviced?
For stays of 14 days or more, your apartment will be serviced in the middle of your stay. Additional housekeeping is available upon request and will be charged.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes, all linen is provided. Beach towels are available from reception.
Q: Do you have cots & highchairs?
Yes, cots can be hired for your stay. Request at the time of booking. Charges apply. However, no highchairs are available.
Q: Can I have a rollaway bed in my room?
Please enquire with reception, charges may apply.
Q: Does Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments accept 'Schoolies' bookings?
This property does not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular, it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason, we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.

Is Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments pet friendly?

Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments is not generally pet friendly across the entire property, but there are a small number of apartments that can accept pets by prior arrangement.

To ensure a pet-friendly apartment is available for your dates, please contact the office directly before booking. If you book without notifying us first and no pet-friendly apartment is available, we will not be able to accommodate your pet.

Can I bring my dog or cat with me?

Some pets may be approved to stay in selected apartments only when arranged in advance. Dogs and cats are usually permitted based on the apartment type and availability, but approval must be confirmed before booking. If you arrive with a pet without prior approval for a pet-friendly apartment, we may not be able to accommodate them. Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments


Are there any rules or conditions for pets on the property?

Yes. If your stay in a pet-friendly apartment is approved, strict conditions apply to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

These include:

  • Pets must be carried at all times in common areas, including hallways, foyers, and lifts

  • Pets are not permitted to walk through common areas under their own power

  • Pets must be taken offsite to toilet and are not permitted to relieve themselves anywhere on the property

  • Guests are fully responsible for their pet at all times

  • Any damage, excessive cleaning, odours, or evidence of pets in the apartment or common areas will incur additional charges

These conditions help maintain the high standard of accommodation for all guests. Full pet terms will be provided by the Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments team prior to arrival.


How do I request a pet-friendly apartment?

To request a pet-friendly apartment:

Call or email the Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments office before booking

Confirm your travel dates and pet details (type, size)

Once approved, you can secure your booking with confidence

Please do not complete a booking before receiving confirmation that a pet-friendly apartment is available.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Yes, all within walking distance. Charis Seafood is about a 2-minute walk from several other restaurants, including the Grand Hotel. Biggera Waters Metromart is a 10-minute walk away, with an IGA supermarket available for your needs
Q: How far away is the beach?

We are located directly across the road from a small beach. The nearest Surf Beach is a 10-15 minute drive to Main Beach.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, local buses are a 2-minute walk away, connecting you to the Gold Coast’s major destinations and theme parks.
